Boolakennedy Cottages (Buaile Uí Chínneíde in Irish) are located in Tipperary at the foot of the Galtee mountains bordering Limerick, Cork,Waterford & Clare which are in the province of Munster. It is also within driving distance of County Kerry offering you a world of possibilities for your stay with us.

Johns Dairy
Originally a dairy with an overhead loft for herdsmen it was used entirely as living quarters from the early 1900’s. It has been refurbished to a very high standard giving this storey & half unit a feeling of comfort, warmth and relaxation.

Our self catering cottages are positioned in historic countryside which offers quick access to national hiking trails, fantastic fishing waters, top golf courses and national monuments such as Cahir Castle and the Swiss Cottage.
